Bill Laswell's drumandbass fusion projects
Nowadays, more and more people are getting tired of music being too much predictable. Usually being original means to insert in tune some little uncommon idea while the whole track still remains in borders of distinct style. But some people are brave enough to try experiments in music using different approaches. One f the most commonly used adding-species-to-electronic-music technique is to record some live instruments and use it in your track. Today we have several examples of using almost full live band in recording drumandbass tunes and albums. This symbiosis of live musicians and drumandbass producers can bring new flavors to drumandbass sound as a side-effect. So, if we consider the future trends of drumandbass, we can use the opportunity to watch on current drumandbass-related projects with participation of live musicians. Soon those who are interested in future of drumandbass music will have such opportunity. Today we'll take a closer look to distinct fusion projects with both drumandbass producers and live musicians involved.
